Irlen Syndrome


  • In this video I talk about my journey with Irlen Syndrome; there is an interview with Peter Irons of OmniRead and I look at some of the assistive tools available to those with Irlen.
  • Since I have had my new glasses I feel as though blinkers have been removed, I am not only able to read better but I now see everything around me with more clarity and I can now retain information with greater ease.



 

Here are my new glasses, since I have had them there has been a vast improvement in my reading ability.  Before, text would run away and I could not keep track when reading. They have enabled me to have more confidence in myself because I no longer need to ask others to read or repeat things.  

Now with the aid of these new glasses and the assistive technology available to me, watch this space!
